Invitation

The City of Bristow is seeking qualified vendors and contractors to participate in the Bristow Historic Route 66 Main Street Project, recently awarded funding through the Oklahoma Route 66 Revitalization Grant (Round 5).


The Bristow City Council will evaluate all responsive proposals and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to accept the proposal(s) determined to best serve the needs of the project and the city. 


Successful bidders will be notified by email.

General Instructions Terms & Conditions

 

  1. All proposal forms must be completed in full. Incomplete proposals may be rejected.
  2. Submission of a proposal constitutes the bidder’s acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this RFP and associated project documents.
  3. All proposals must be submitted through the designated online portal.
  4. Proposals must comply with all applicable Federal laws, Oklahoma State laws, and the requirements of the Oklahoma Route 66 Revitalization Grant.
  5. Vendors must be properly licensed, bonded, insured, and registered as a valid business entity with the State of Oklahoma.
  6. The successful vendor(s) will be required to provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance, general liability insurance, and any applicable MSDS sheets.
  7. Purchases made by the City of Bristow are exempt from state and federal taxes.
  8. This proposal is submitted as a legal offer. Any proposal accepted by the Bristow City Council constitutes a firm and binding agreement.
  9. The Bristow City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Please list the projects (especially Stroud or other Route 66 projects) and number of signs completed for each project.

Is your neon glass fabricated in house or is it outsourced? Please describe in detail.


Section 4 - Provide two samples of previously completed neon signs.  Your sample should include rendering, price quote or invoice, and final installation picture.


Sample 1 should be for a neon sign approximately 50 ft tall that you have completed from design concept to installation.


Sample 2 should be for a neon sign approximately 20 ft tall that you have completed from design concept to installation.

Budget Requirements

Budget items must be:

Reasonable, allowable, allocable, and necessary.

Compliant with 2 CFR §200 Subpart E cost principles.
