The Town of Davenport Board will evaluate all RFP's (proposals) and reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and reserves the right to waive any of the listed specifications.
The Town of Davenport Board reserves the right to accept the proposal determine to best serve the needs of the Davenport Neon Sign Project.
Bidders will be notified by email of the bid awards.
1. Fill out proposal application forms completely. Any incomplete forms may result in rejection of the proposal, as the Davenport Town Board considers such action to be in the best interest of the Davenport Neon Sign Project.
2. Acknowledgement and submission of the proposal application forms serves as your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Davenport Neon Sign Project.
3. All bid information must be completed through the online portal.
4. All proposals must adhere to all provision pertaining to Federal laws, Oklahoma state laws, and the Oklahoma Route 66 Revitalization Grant requirements.
5. All vendors must be considered eligible, vendors must be bonded, insured, and registered as a valid entity with the state of Oklahoma.
6. Successful proposals will be notified in writing and will be required to provide proof of workers' compensation, liability insurance, and MSDS sheets when applicable.
7. Purchases by the Town of Davenport are not subject to state or federal taxes.
8. This proposal is submitted as a legal offer. Any proposal accepted by the Town of Davenport Board constitutes a firm agreement.
9. The Town of Davenport Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

It is extremely important that you provide a detailed cost estimate that represents your pricing, installation, and payment expectations for the project.
