Invitation

The Town of Davenport is seeking qualified vendors and contractors to participate in the Davenport Historic Route 66 Neon Sign Project, recently awarded funding through the Oklahoma Route 66 Revitalization Grant (Round 5).


The Town of Davenport Board of Trustees will evaluate all responsive proposals and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to accept the proposal(s) determined to best serve the needs of the project and the Town. 


Successful bidders will be notified by email.

General Instructions Terms & Conditions

 

  1. All proposal forms must be completed in full. Incomplete proposals may be rejected.
  2. Submission of a proposal constitutes the bidder’s acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this RFP and associated project documents.
  3. All proposals must be submitted through the designated online portal.
  4. Proposals must comply with all applicable Federal laws, Oklahoma State laws, and the requirements of the Oklahoma Route 66 Revitalization Grant.
  5. Vendors must be properly licensed, bonded, insured, and registered as a valid business entity with the State of Oklahoma.
  6. The successful vendor(s) will be required to provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance, general liability insurance, and any applicable MSDS sheets.
  7. Purchases made by the Town of Davenport are exempt from state and federal taxes.
  8. This proposal is submitted as a legal offer. Any proposal accepted by the Town of Davenport Board constitutes a firm and binding agreement.
  9. The Town of Davenport Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Budget Requirements

Budget items must be:

Reasonable, allowable, allocable, and necessary.

Compliant with 2 CFR §200 Subpart E cost principles.


Conflict of Interest and Unresolved Matters Disclosures: If any actual or potential conflict of interest exists related to this project at the time of application, the applicant must provide sufficient information to support a program determination of significance per 2 CFR 1402.112. Refer to 2 CFR 200.112 Conflict of Interest and 2 CFR 200.113 Mandatory Disclosures.
